Mr. ISIDRO A. CONSUNJI is a Member of the Board of Directors of D.M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI), Semirara Mining Corporation, Crown Equities, Inc. He is the Chairman of the Board of DMCI Project Developers Inc. and Beta Electric Corporation, President of DMCI Holdings, Inc., Dacon Corporation.
He graduated from the University of the Philippines where he earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He also took up Master of Business Economics from the Center for Research & Communication and Master of Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management. Jorge A. Consunji

MR. JORGE A. CONSUNJI, is president and COO of D. M. Consunji, Inc. He is also president of DMC Construction Equipment Resources, Inc. and Royal Star Aviation, Inc.; Vice-Chairman of Beta Electric Corporation; Director of DMCI Holdings, Inc., DMCI Project Developers Inc., Dacon Corporation, Cotobato Timberland Co. Inc., M & S Company, Inc., Semirara Mining Corp., South Davao Dev. Co. Inc., Eco-Process & Eqpt. Phils. Inc., and director/treasurer of Vulcan Materials Corp. He is also currently president of the Philippine Constructors Association after having served as its First VP from 2002-2003.

Mr. RAMON ARNAIZ is currently a Director of Beta Electric Corporation. He is also the Chairman of the Board of ATR KimEng Capital Partners, Inc., Asianlife & General Assurance Corporation (ALGA) , Asianlife Financial Assurance Corporation (ALFA), and The Mutual Fund Management Company of the Philippines (MFMCP).

Mr. EFREN M. GANCAYCO is the President of Beta Electric Corporation. He was formerly the Executive Vice President of Asia Industries from 1988-1989, a company involved in machinery trading.
He graduated from the University of the Philippines where he earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1969 and completed his Masters in Business Administration in 1975. He obtained his PRC license as a Mechanical Engineer in 1970. Norberto L. Castillo

ENGR. BERT CASTILLO is currently a Director and General Manager - Construction Division of Beta Electric Corporation.
Engr. Bert Castillo is a 1973 BS in Electrical Engineering graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology. He took and passed the Professional Electrical Engineers Board examination in 1978 and earned some units in Masters in Business Administration at Ateneo. Douglas R. Cunanan
